Meet Zoë!
I work with adults and teens who are carrying anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional exhaustion—often while continuing to show up and get through the day. Beneath the surface, it can feel tight, disconnected, or hard to find ease.
Therapy with me is a collaborative space to slow down and listen more closely. People don’t always come in looking to change how they relate to themselves, but that often becomes a meaningful part of the work—one that supports steadier, more grounded change over time. I look forward to connecting!
How I work:
Trauma-informed, relational, and mindfulness-based
Practical tools alongside deeper emotional work
Collaborative, non-judgmental, and thoughtful
Location & Modality:
In-person sessions in Reno, NV
Telehealth available for Nevada residents
45-55 minute sessions for individuals, couples, and groups
DBT, CBT, Existentialism, Humanistic Approach, IFS, and more!
Therapy fits custom to the client and circumstances
Who I work With:
I tend to work best with adults and teens who are:
experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, or burnout
navigating life transitions or identity shifts
highly self-aware but still feeling stuck
wanting depth, not quick fixes
