What happens after I reach out?

After you contact me, I’ll guide you through next steps, which may include scheduling an initial session and completing brief paperwork through a secure client portal.
Do I need to know what I want to work on before starting?

Not at all! Many people begin therapy knowing something isn’t quite working, without having clear language for it yet. Part of the work is slowing down together and making sense of what’s happening.
Do you take insurance?

I work with select insurance plans and may also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, and I’m happy to talk through options during the intake process.
What if I’m nervous about starting therapy?

That’s very common. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable or unfamiliar, and you’re not expected to know how this works. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable.
